Description

Sri Noa Noa is an Australian owned 46’ twin masted schooner. The Sri Noa Noa can take you to all the breaks on Nusa Lembongan, Lombok, Sumbawa, Sumba, Sawu & Roti, most of which are only accessible by sea. Plan your own itinerary…

Surf legendary waves including Desert Point, Scar Reef, Super Suck, Yo-Yo's, T-land at Roti & many more lesser known breaks. Their runabout will drop you right at the waves.

The Sri Noa Noa is designed for small groups of family and/or friends with a maximum of 5-6 guests. If you have a bigger group let us know, as they also have another excellent yacht that can follow Sri Noa Noa on surfing itineraries.

NUSA LEMBONGAN-LOMBOK-SUMBAWA - 8 Days, 7 nights, 7 days surfing

Departing from Benoa Harbour in Bali you head straight to Nusa Lembongan to warm up on “Razors”, “Shipwrecks”, “Lacerations” or “Playgrounds.” There's plenty of other fun at this popular day trip destination from Bali.

Next you set off for Lombok and the famous “Desert Point”, home of the incredible long left. Surf for as long as you like before you head to the southern coastline, surfing breaks including Belongans, Mawi, Grupuk Bay & Ekas. After crossing the straight to west Sumbawa you tackle “Scars”, “Supersuck” and “Yo-Yo's” until time runs out. On the return journey they often stop at Nusa Dua Point before arriving at Benoa for your transfer.

ROTI – 12 Days, 11 nights, 10 Days surfing

After a morning flight from Denpasar to Kupang (West Timor), they pick you up from the airport & transfer you straight to the Sri Noa Noa. You then set sail for Roti, arriving early next morning. Nembrala is the main break in the area, a long left hander, similar to G-land when the swell gets up. The surf on Roti is consistent and offshore, and there are numerous lefts and rights on Roti & the near by islands of Dana, Ndao & Doa, all offering empty perfection.

Waves suit all standards, ranging from mellow to hollow. You will most likely make base at Nembrala, the longest and most consistent left in the area.  From here you have the choice of about 6 other waves (lefts and rights) within a 2 hour radius.  Your captain Heri, knows the place very well, so you just work in with him to decide where to surf.

The game fishing is fantastic, with trevally, tuna, mackerel and sailfish often caught. Lobster & squid are brought to them by the local fishermen. They even have a barbecue on deck! After your time is up, it's back to Kupang.

ROTI-SAWU-SUMBA – 16 Days, 15 nights , 14 Days surfing

This is an epic charter covering some very remote surf spots in the eastern end of the archipelago. Starting in Kupang, you will spend a few days around Roti  before heading westward to the beautiful islands Sawu and Raijua, which have classic surf on the right conditions.

From Raijua the here journey continues westward to Sumba. Starting at the southern most point you will explore the coastline, past Mengkudu & neighbouring islands all the way to the western most point before finally disembarking in Waikelo on the sheltered north-west part of the island.

This trip is not for the faint hearted as the surf can get big, there's a couple of overnight crossings of open waters and some of the anchorages along the coast of Sumba are fairly average. You are however guaranteed a unique surf adventure with plenty of good waves, both lefts and rights.

Your captain Heri and the Sri Noa Noahas been taking this route for many years. In fact, it was aboard the Sri Noa Noa in 1993 that big wave legend Mike Miller and friends named the right at Terimbang. But that's another story.....

This Trip can be run from August through to October.

Hey Richie, Not sure if the boys have made contact, but just a short note to says thanks for all your help in preparing an absolutely all time holiday. Heri and his crew run a very professional and fun operation. We got great waves – every day. The day we got there the swell picked up after a 2 week lull. Great timing. I miss wetting a line and having a Bintang whenever I feel like it. The Wida was a good tip and a nice way to kick back in comfort after 10 days on the boat. Everyone was shot with sea legs and stumbling around Kupang airport – classic. Great crew, boat, waves, fishing, Nemberala bar, Wida etc etc. All time. Heri is the MAN! Cheers mate, Simon.
