The Uluwatu Surf Villas sit cliff-front on the southern Indian Ocean with expansive views and amazing sunsets.

While commanding an ultimate view of Uluwatu surfing beach, the villas are also only minutes away from the famous Uluwatu temple, as well as some of Bali’s best “secret” beaches.

The villas' location on the “Bukit” (hill) on the South peninsula usually guarantees sunny days, tropical breezes, and ultra-consistent surf.

Distances: 3 minute walk to beach, 30 minutes to Jimbaran or Nusa Dua, 35 minutes to the airport, 40 minutes to Kuta, and 50 minutes to Seminyak.

Accommodation

The villa environment is an ideal balance of Balinese pastoral serenity and exhilarating ocean activity. Perfect for visitors who enjoy privacy and relaxed outdoor living well away from other tourists.

The villas feature a traditional thatched roof, coconut pillars, and large folding glass doors to take full advantage of the spectacular view. There is one master bedroom and two guest bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a 6 metre long swimming pool, and an open “Bale” (thatched pavilion) with comfortable lounge chairs next to the pool. Bedrooms and living areas are simple but comfortably furnished and decorated.

The open-plan living/dining room is furnished with a dining table for 6 to 8 guests and built-in sofas with cushions. Ceiling fans and large folding doors opening to the terrace and pool guarantee permanent ventilation. Outdoors on the covered terrace and in the Bale are deck chairs, comfortable lounge chairs, over-sized cushions, and a garden table for drinking Bintangs under the stars.

Villa Inclusions:

• 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
• Master bedroom with king-size bed, indoor-outdoor bathroom / shower and has pool / ocean view.
• Two guest bedrooms, one is twin bed and the other is double bed, outdoor shower and depending on the villa, private or shared toilet.
  
• Front guest room has pool / ocean view.

They sell beer, wine, and liquor at the villas at very competitive prices or you can walk up the road about 3 minutes and buy crates or Bintang beer. A personal chef is US$45/day, not including food costs. They will prepare 2 meals a day for this rate. Alternatively, there is a couple of restaurants within walking distance and many more about 5 minutes drive away.

We stayed at Uluwatu Surf Villas for 8 nights. Our group consisted of 7 people and we stayed in Villa 1. We had a spectacular view of the waves from our deck/pool. I don't think there is a better view around. The villa was just a short walk down to the cave at Uluwatu to surf and hang out at the warungs, etc. The service was excellent as the staff was always available for help, information or assistance with activities. A tasty breakfast was served after a morning surf and the villa cleaned everyday. The fridge and cabinets were restocked with Bintang, soft drinks and snacks as needed which was very convenient as this limited trips to the store. One of the mornings, we requested an afternoon barbeque for that day. We simply gave the staff our food order (with some good suggestions from them) and had a wonderful barbeque at sunset. Plenty of food and Bintang. All at a very reasonable price. We request transport on several occasions to do some sightseeing, etc. The response time from the staff super quick and allowed us to best us our time without have to have and advanced plan every day. The airport pickup was right on time without the chaos usually encountered at the airport in Bali. I can't say enough about the whole vacation but, great place, great price, great service and staff. We will be back next year!
