But that's not all! Then imagine ending your days with sunset yoga sessions followed by relaxing and sensual massages. Where delicious healthy foods are served all day and the whole time staying in luxurious villas with private pool and like-minded people to share it with.

'Get Fit in Bali' is sure to be one of the best weeks of the year in your training calendar, incorporating 7 days and 6 nights of fitness, fun and most of all sun in the quiet and tranquil area of Echo Beach in Canggu, Bali.

Aaron co-founded KX Retreats in 2012 after realising the demand for overseas fitness holidays through his KX Pilates cliental in Melbourne.

With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, Aaron was trained in Dynamic Pilates in London by A-list celebrity trainer David Higgins, and went on to work as one of the head trainers at an exclusive Pilates Studio in London`s West End for two years. Back from his travels, Aaron opened KX Pilates in Melbourne in 2010 and since then has been busy growing and expanding the business; currently at three studios.

Since 2001, Aaron has also been a Personal Trainer specialising in strength and conditioning, TRX, boxing and kettlebell training. He is also a keen snowboarder and wakeboarder or really anything that gives him a rush!

As Head Trainer at KX Retreats, Aaron runs both running, Pilates and dynamic body blitz classes and Private 1-on-1 sessions tailored specifically to meet client`s individual training needs. His sessions are fun, focused and energetic. Be assured - you will be challenged!

Zanna Conlan

Director / Surf & Boxing Instructor

Zanna Conlan also co-founded KX Retreats and is a former lifeguard and surfing enthusiast who loves getting outdoors and having a good time. Zanna also has 13 years of experience playing and coaching Australian Rules Football in the VAFA. His motto of 'just have a crack' leads him to pretty much every outdoor activity; you could find him swimming, snow skiing, water skiing, kite surfing, boxing or jet skiing just to name a few.

With a Bachelor Degree in Business, Zanna has an extensive business background and accordingly has ran many successful businesses (while he believes KX Retreats is one of his best ideas yet!). He currently also runs Awnings By Design which is also seeing great success having only commenced in November 2011.

During your time at KX Retreats Zanna will make sure you have some fun in the surf, get you up on a board or sweat it out with a bit of boxing!

Eli Censor

Personal Trainer / Dynamic Pilates Instructor

Eli is an inspiriting individual and professional whose career in the fitness industry stemmed from her own weight battle as a teen and losing 30kgs. Five years on, she is a very well established Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor working with many private clients and groups to help them achieve their goals and dreams just like she did. Being qualified in pre & post natal exercise, nutrition for weight loss, pilates, boxing and kettlebell training, she has a lot of expertise’s and experience to offer.

Her contagious smile and positive approach to exercise and fitness is not only motivating but also a true reflection of her love for the job and health and fitness. She has also competed in and conquered many triathlons and marathons and knows the dedication required to train and keep your body in tip top condition through a variety of training methods, including Pilates. She believes that pilates is an essential part of all exercise programs and is key to keeping your body toned, sculpted and mobile; also aiding with injury prevention, body awareness, flexibility, strength and toning.

KX Retreats working closely with Teman Desa Villas are a perfect haven for your Bali holiday. Luxury, privacy and well serviced accommodation is the priority! Add a bit of fitness and surfing into your holiday and you couldn't ask for anything more than to escape the hustle and bustling streets back home to a quite, tranquil, paradellic serenity at Echo Beach, Bali.

There are 4 villas available within the Teman Desa group;

Villa Satu - maximum 4 adults

A 2-bedroom villa offering a modern Balinese design. All bedrooms have king sized beds, one of which can be split into single beds. Both have large outdoor ensuite bathrooms. Full kitchen facilities, full size pool and lush gardens and grassed areas.

Villa Dua - 3 bedroom villa - maximum 6 adults

A 3-bedroom villa offering contemporary Balinese design. Living & dining area is air conditioned and can be opened or closed with bi-fold doors. The master suite has a king bed plus large outdoor bathroom, plus two king size bedrooms with ensuites. Full kitchen facilities and full size pool.

Villa Tiga - 3 bedroom villa - maximum 6 adults

A 3-bedroom villa with a touch a traditional Balinese design alongside contemporary facilities. The master suite has a king bed plus large outdoor bathroom, plus 2 king size bedrooms (one of which can be split into single beds) with ensuites. Full kitchen facilities and large sized pool.

Villa Empat - 4 bedroom villa - maximum 8 adults

A 4-bedroom villa with traditional furnishings in a contempoary balinese building design. The 4 king sized bedrooms all have king sized beds, two of which can be split into single beds and all have ensuite bathrooms. Full kitchen facilities and a large pool overlook the tropical greenery along a small river.

All villas are professionally designed and decorated with a traditional Balinese feel using local, natural materials.

• Arrive & check in. Relax, unwind, go for a swim and enjoy the luxury villa. An afternoon training session will start for those who have arrived or for those who feel up to it.
