September 2008 - Secret Windows, The Mentawai, Indonesia
We had an awesome trip. Great surf, great food and a great boat and crew. Tony the skipper sized up our capabilities on the first day and for the rest of the trip had us in spots perfect for our group. When the swell hit, while all the other boats were crowding the more intense spots, we were just around the corner in clean, fun, 3-4 foot uncrowded waves as well as a couple of days of 4-5 foot perfection at Telescopes. We surfed every day and most of them for 5 hours or more. To top this off the boat was comfortable with heaps of covered deck space and Tony's plans for the boat will make it even better. Tyler the chef dished up some amazing food (and heaps of it) and nothing was too much trouble for any of the crew. Thanks for recommending Secret Windows and putting the trip together for us. Cheers, Dave

July 2008 - Hudhuran Fushi, The Maldives
Thank you for organizing the best trip of my life.
Honestly, it really set the standard for how a beach/surf holiday should be.Hudhuran fushi is the most beautiful place we have ever been to and Craig got some pretty awesome waves too..I loved that its not just a resort for surfers but catered for surf widow and children tooThe snorkeling is out of this world, just a short distance away from our room, we got to see moray eels, awesome fish, stingrays and turtles and all this in beautiful clear aqua water. The rooms and service were outstanding too.. We stayed mainly in the beach bungalows and finished our trip with a few nights in the most luxurious Ocean Villas.
The beach bungalows were massive and tastefully decorated with an awesome outdoor (but private) shower.. There’s something very special about showering in the open!!
The room boys were courteous and always smiling and they made our beds and replaced towels twice a day! In addition to that, they were very talented in their origami-like folding of the sheets – outstanding designs
What really struck me however, was how safe we felt with absolutely no threat of theft. Craig would always leave his surfboard out on the verandah when he wasn’t using it and we had our expensive camera gear lying about but at no point did we feel that they might get nicked! I managed to make friends with one of the cleaners who brought us fresh coconut to have from time to time – that was a real treat!
The Ocean Villas were out of this world.. The Japanese décor of the rooms was exceptional, we were very appreciative of the Sunbeam coffee machine in the room and the overall attention to detail. The bathroom opening up onto your own private deck was awesome
Having your own butler bring you anything you want felt incredibly decadent… The sunsets and sunrises from the villas as second to none and being able to star jump straight from the private deck into the aqua water made us giddy with pleasure. The hors d'oeuvres and chocolates that we got every evening that were served were delectable
To top it off there were golf buggies available at your beck and call driven by your butler to take you to wherever you wanted on the island and back to your villa
Craig immensely enjoyed the consistently perfect waves at Lohis and at Ninjas straight across the channel. I didn’t feel so much a surf widow as you can on such trips since I was so close to the action, especially at the Lohi’s bar deck where it was exciting to watch and film the boys in action. When I was sick of hearing the boys wax lyrical about the surf, I took myself off to the Coconut Spa for the world class Sensations Package and the pampering I deserved.
I normally shy away from all inclusive package holidays, but in this case, it was not only affordable but an economical holiday .Having been apprehensive about not getting enough food, I was pleasantly surprised (even as a veggo ) with the huge array of quality produce and the varied smorgasbord . The buffet changed daily with different themed dinners every day and despite eating all three meals at the same restaurant for 10 days, we never got sick of the food . A nice touch was having our own dedicated waiter for the whole duration of the trip who after a few days knew exactly our drinks order without us having to prompt him
In short the Hudhuran Fushi resort may be a distant paradise destination but worth every cent and minute that it took us to get there.

July 2008 - Yanuca, Seashells and Musket Cove - Fiji
We had a wonderful trip Rhonda; after the initial hickup everything ran so smoothly, unfortunately we only had the first 4 days of decent surf at Frigates though it was amazing. Fun playful 3-4 footers first 2 days, solid-hollow- glassy 5-7 footers on the third day got so many barrels and then solid 8-10 on the Sunday which was intense as our biggest boards were 6.3... Matt broke two boards and one wave tore his t-shirt in half.
Yanuca was a wonderful experience truly untouched part of the world. The second week we enjoyed the luxuries at Musket Cove, the sun and the food (well done on getting food included - we ate like kings) unfortunately only one good surf at Wilkes and we missed out on Cloudbreak on the Saturday but Musket Cove was great really relaxed and a great environment. Seashells was ok, it has everything you need though we were only there for two days and didn't surf. It could be fun if you had a few people though it was pretty empty when we went. It's got everything you need though and they seem to cater for your needs. We were fairly content chilling by the pool so didn't really get into any of the activities... It did have a waterslide which is a plus in my book. Thanks heaps for setting everything up and you definitely will be hearing from us again we all had a wonderful time.
Regards, Chris |

June 2008 - Nusa Dewata, The Mentawai, Indonesia
hey Rhonda, just back from boat trip, and must say all the hard work from your end was much appreciated. All my mates had a blast, we scored heaps of solo sessions with just our boat. Skipper Simon was a funny bugger, and the food and crew were excellent. thanks for putting us onto the Nusa Dewata. thanks again, Jeremy |

June 2008 - Teate, The Maldives
Peter, Bob and I had a fantastic trip on the Teate. A great location, fantastic food, and good surfing. The guides, Richard and Lloyd Ellis were terrific.
Look forward to dealing with you on our next surfing trip, if my wife will let me!

June 2008 - Hudhuran Fushi, The Maldives
We had a beautiful time in the Maldives. The Ocean View Villa's were absolutely beautiful and worth the extra money. The butler's were very obliging and did their very best to make us feel welcome. The surf was excellent, Pete went on about five boat trips and the rest of the time he surfed at Lohi's.
I absolutely loved the pampering at the Coconut Spa where they have lovely ladies their to do the massages, pedicures etc etc.
We have come back with excellent tans (would recommend taking own sunblock and lots of it), and sit in the shade!! It was so hot! It was a great place because you get a mix of so many different nationalities in one place.
Thanks so much for organising our honeymoon. We had no hiccups at all.
We will definitely use your services again when we travel.
Kind Regards, Rhonda |

April 2008 - Matanivusi - Fiji
We had a fantastic time at Matanivusi! The highlight being the relaxed, ultra friendly staff, the standard of the facilities and the perfect location. We were also stoked with sunset snacks and cocktails and the great bar area.
It was so nice to have such flexibility with activities and meals – especially for the kids, who were so well catered for and looked after.
Donna and Brian were fantastic hosts and quickly made us feel like friends rather than customers. Matt says that Brian was helpful out in the surf with wave selection and local knowledge.
So as you can see we rated the resort highly and would definitely recommend it.
Thanks for sorting us out with this holiday – we loved it!

November 2007 - Hudhuran Fushi, The Maldives
Had a terrific time - bungalows were fab. Glorious weather. We were the first guests to stay in the bungalows so still a few tiny things that needed to be finished off and settling in matters but in no way did it hinder any enjoyment. Loved it - privacy was great. Lagoon was quite shallow so not too many swims of the bungalow - had to walk out a distance for any depth but still enjoyed a splash and cool down.
Arrived at the bungalow to a bottle of French champagne, booked in at the bungalow which was lovely.
A little pre dinner snack each night in room with chocolates and bed turned down each evening, towels replaced.
Service good, food average but fresh salads and fruit plentiful. You get tired of eating every meal in the dining hall. Did not have time to have other meals (and a little pricey when you have already paid for full board so would definitely like the option of half board if possible next time. They tell us they are building a restaurant next to the water bungalows which sounds great and I would think would be a little more up market.
Water excursions were only every few days which was slightly annoying but snorkelling was good. I did the 2 available excursions.
John surfed everyday but was only him for a boat on first 2 days and they would not take him out so surfed off the resort which he said was great. Surfed from boat for 3 days - one day great, and then not so great.
Water activities staff were not so helpful (with boats etc) the first few days but then all was OK when the 'boss' arrived back.
They have a Spa now which I used 3 times (so I kept myself busy!) and John 2 times.
We both had a glorious time.
Will go again a little earlier in the year for better surf.
Thanks so much - worth every penny.

September 2008 - Hideaway Resort, Fiji
Just wanted to send you a big THANX for all your help arrnaging and booking our honeymoon. We had such an excellent time and thanks to you the whole thing was so easy so we spent all our time enjoying it, rather then worrying about the little details!
We ate ourselves silly and drank our fill, had about 3 naps a day, John got some of the 'funnest' waves he has surfed, and I got lots of sun, and LOVED swimming through the coral.
It was really perfect - having the food and drinks included was so great as we really didn't need to worry about what we were spending - or carry ANYTHING with us.
We have passed your details onto a few of our freinds who are keen to experience Fiji, and see what we have been raving about.
Thought I would send you a couple of pics to show you how happy we were!
So thanks again and have a great day.
Kindest regards
Jess
